Biography
Dr. Elizabeth Fife has taught business and technical communications at USC for six years in the Marshall School of Business and the Viterbi School of Engineering.  She currently teaches the 340 Advanced Writing for Engineers course and 501x  Technical Writing and Communications for Graduate Students.  She is also a Principal Researcher at the Center for Telecom Management (CTM), Marshall School of Business.  Her current research focus is user demand for mobile services in the consumer and enterprise market.  Finally, she provides consulting services to help companies and technical professionals improve their communication skills.
