or anyone who has not attended college since finishing high school.

USC defines prospective transfer students as anyone currently enrolled in college
or anyone who has attended college since finishing high school.

USC defines Master's applicants as those who have completed
at least a four-year degree from a college or university.

USC defines PhD applicants as those who have completed
a four-year degree from a college or university and/or master's degree.
