Victor D'Avanzo

Victor D'Avanzo is the current Senior Vice President and Head of the General Aviation Department for the United States Aviation Underwriters Inc. He began with the United States Aviation Underwriters in December 1981 in the New York Branch Office as a General Aviation Underwriter. He was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in July 1986 and Branch Manager in January 1988.

In January 1996, D’Avanzo transferred to the Home Office General Aviation supervisory team to oversee the Commercial Special Risks accounts on a National basis as a Senior Vice President.

D’Avanzo received his B.S. Degree in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

He is a Professional Member of AOPA, AIA, and IUAI.
