Half-Day Program

USC Transfer Days give students a full introduction to USC and the Viterbi School of Engineering.This comprehensive, half-day programs features an engineering presentation designed to answer your questions about preparing to transfer to Viterbi, finding transferable coursework, and applying to USC. In addition to the engineering presentation, Transfer Day includes a financial aid presentation and an opportunity to tour campus. In addition, Viterbi Transfer Advisors will be available for individual coursework advisement on a first-come, first-serve basis in the afternoon following the program (you must grade report or unofficial transcript required for advisement).

Engineering Expo

The Engineering Expo is our open house program, that provides you with all the information you need about engineering, Viterbi and USC. This the best program to attend as a prospective transfer student. You will be able to meet current engineering students, Viterbi faculty, academics advisors and staff. We will host information sessions about academic services and provide tours of the labs used by our undergraduate student design teams and research projects. You will learn everything you need to know about your engineering major, research, life at USC and more.

USC Transfer Information Session

If you can't make it to the Engineering EXPO or a Transfer Day (see above) then you may want to consider attending this program. These sessions only cover general information about transferring to USC ratherthan specific information about engineering. It is strongly recommended that you contact a
Viterbi Transfer Advisor if you are only able to attend one of this general information session.
WHEN: Tuesdays at 3:00pm (Due to scheduling conflicts and holidays, Information Sessions are not offered on certain dates. Please call to confirm the date you'd like to attend).

Taking a campus tour is a good idea if you haven't taken advantage of the tours offered at Transfer Day or at the Engineering EXPO. Campus walking tours give guests a 90-minute look into the life of USC students, including campus resources, residential life, athletics and much more. While a tour does not provide you with information about how to transfer you can learn about USC. Tours led by current undergraduate students who share their stories while presenting an overview of the university.
