Viterbi School provides computing support for staff and faculty through the Viterbi Service Desk.
There are four ways of getting help from the Viterbi Service Desk:
1. Viterbi Service Desk Web Form
Service requests can be initiated and tracked at http://viterbi.usc.edu/servicedesk
For faculty and staff, you may also access the Viterbi Service Desk by logging in to http://myviterbi.usc.edu. The difference between this portal and the one above is you will be able to see the history of your past tickets or the current status of your open tickets.
2. E-mail
Service requests may be initiated by sending email to engrhelp@usc.edu.
3. Phone
Viterbi IT Service Desk telephone number is 213-740-0517.
4. Walk-In Support
Walk-In support is available by visiting Olin Hall (OHE) 330.
