The University and USC Viterbi School of Engineering hold Commencement every year in May to celebrate our students' achievements. We want to ensure that parents and guests enjoy this celebration with their graduates.

 

The University mails a Commencement Information Packet to all degree candidates early in the Spring semester. These instructions will outline the details of this special day such as timelines, Commencement-related activities, travel information, the location of each Commencement Ceremony, etc.  

All international students who need an invitation letter so family members may enter the U.S. and attend the graduation ceremonies must submit a Request Form to the Office of International Services (OIS).
