Webcast Lectures
On-campus students enrolled in graduate engineering courses receive free access to archived lectures of courses offered through USC Distance Education Network (DEN). The archived lectures serve as an important study aid but are not a substitute for attending class. For instructions on how to view the webcast, click here.

Computing Commons
USC has four computing centers that are open to all students. The Henry Salvatori Computer Science Center is most popular with engineering students because of its convenient location.

Engineering students are welcome to use the other computing commons located at King Olympic Hall (KOH 206), Waite Phillips Hall of Education (WPH B34), and Leavey Library Information Commons. For more information regarding the centers’ schedules, click here.

Engineering Writing Center
Besides providing guidance regarding academic papers, the Engineering Writing Center helps graduate students edit resumes, job applications, dissertation chapters, and journal articles for publication. Students are encouraged to set up appointments for consultation.

USC Writing Center
The Writing Center provides both individual consultations and small group workshops to help students improve their critical thinking skills and grow into stronger writers. They also provide free handouts regarding grammar, syntax, paragraph development, APA and MLA documentation, etc. Their workshop schedule is available here

USC Center for Academic Support
The Center for Academic Support organizes learning enrichment workshops, general academic support counseling, and student support groups that are available to graduate students. The workshops cover topics such as time management, test-taking anxiety, and exam-taking strategies.
