FAQ:

 Q. What if I can’t arrive at USC by August 7th? I have already made my travel plans, and I will arrive later.

 A. If you arrive in time to complete your registration and other formalities by August 10th,
you will receive your stipend check on time by August 26th. If you are not able to register
by August 10th, your stipend check will be delayed. We make make every effort so that
you will receive your first stipend check during the first or second week of September.

Q. If I arrive after August 7th, do I have to worry about getting the classes of my choice?

A. Engineering advisors work with students so that they can get the best class schedule
available. Students will take 2 or 3 classes and perhaps directed research in their first semester.
You should choose 4 or 5 classes of interest to you before you arrive at USC. Your advisor will
help you finalize your class schedule.
