Supplemental Funding

Each year, Associate Dean Yates requests student funding from the Dean of the Viterbi School. The funding made available varies from year to year and is intended to supplement funding Viterbi student organizations receive from other sources. 

The application process to request funds from this account was created to organize and streamline the process, and to reduce the number of reimbursements processed by our office. This process will allow student organizations to receive funding request decisions in a timelier manner than in the past.

Details:

  • All student organizations who are members of the Viterbi Student Council are eligible to request supplemental funding.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Student Programs Coordinator and then sent to Associate Dean Yates for review and final approval.
  • Decisions will be sent via email within 10 business days of receipt of the application.
