Student Travel Information
The Department of Risk Management and Student Affairs has completed several forms
to assist with liability issues when students travel.
- Student Off-Campus Trip Guidelines
- Alternative Transportation Waiver (to be used when students do not use University
sponsored transportation)
- Assumption of Risk for Events not Sponsored or Supervised by USC
- Agreement and Release from Liability for Off-Campus Site Visit (transportation
provided)
- Student Organization Travel Form
These forms will be used when students travel for any reason on behalf of the
University whether engaged in academic pursuits or with a student organization.
