The Viterbi Career Expo is an excellent opportunity to increase your company's visibility among our top engineering students. Fairs are attended by approximately 1800-2200 of our students. Registration for the event is required.
REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
Fall Fees
Registration received on or before January 21, 2010 - $400
Registration received after January 21, 2010 - $500
Registration for Non-Profits or Government Agencies - $150
The registration fee includes one 6-foot table and a sun umbrella, as well as parking, lunch and chairs for 3 representatives. Additional representatives may attend on a for-fee basis; additional tables may also be purchased, if desired.
The last day to register is February 11, 2010.
Payment Options
We can only accept checks or cash for payment. You will be invoiced after we receive your registration form.
Payment is due on or before the day of the Engineering Career Fair, February 18, 2010; late checks will result in an additional $100 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received before close of business day on February 11, 2010. Any cancellations after that date will be billed for the full registration fee.

Please have materials arrive no earlier than Monday, February 8th and no later than Wednesday, February 17th.
You are encouraged to arrive at USC by 8:30am. This will give you plenty of time to park, catch a USC tram, set up your booth, and visit the continental breakfast hosted by the Center for Engineering Diversity.
LOCATION: The event will take place in the Engineering Quad, located behind Olin Hall (OHE). Please note that the event is held outdoors.
PARKING: Engineering Career Expo parking will be off campus in a satellite parking lot. We encourage you to send your supplies to us ahead of time and carpool if possible.
Parking for the Career Expo is reserved for you at the Parking Center, located east of campus just off the 110 freeway. When you arrive, provide your company name to the attendant; you will be given a parking pass.
New! USC Private Shuttle for Employers
You will take a USC private shuttle from the ground floor of the Parking Center to the tram stop near the Fair; located at McClintock Avenue and Child’s Way <or> near the corner of Downey Way and Watt Way. The private shuttle will run from 8:15 am-10:15 am and 2:45 pm-3:45 pm. If you need transportation outside of this time, you will also be able to take a USC Tram.
MATERIALS DROP-OFF: If you are bringing a large display and supplies with you, we encourage you to drop them off BEFORE you park at the Parking Center. Please see the attached directions to the drop-off location, which is between Olin Hall and Parking Structure A on McClintock Avenue. Staff will be waiting there to take your supplies to your table. If you do not have materials to drop-off, please drive directly to the Parking Center.
NEW! LUNCH MENU: Box lunches will be provided from the Corner Bakery Cafe. You will have a choice of various sandwiches including: turkey frisco, chicken pesto, roast beef, bavarian ham, tomato mozzarella or poblano fresco vegetarian. Pasta salad, chips, fruit, cookie, and beverage are included with each lunch.
