The Viterbi Career Expo is an excellent opportunity to increase your company's visibility among our top engineering students. Expos are attended by approximately 1800-2200 of our students. Registration for the event is required. In order to register for the Career Expo employers MUST create an account with Viterbi Career Services' Employer Reservation System (ERS). Save $100 on Career Expo Registration: Register for BOTH VINE and Career Expo!!

Combination VINE & Career Expo Registration Fee - $300

Late Registration Fee: Combination VINE and Career Expo (received after January 6, 2012) - $400

Career Expo Registration Fee- $400

The registration fee includes one 6-foot table and a sun umbrella, as well as parking, lunch and chairs for 3 representatives. Additional representatives may attend on a for-fee basis; additional tables may also be purchased, if desired.

Late Registration Fee: Career Expo (received after January 6, 2012) - $500

Registration Fee for Non-Profits or Government Organizations (Special Offer does not apply) - $150

Additional table/booth (added to the base fee) - $100

Number of Additonal Representatives - $15 each

(in addition to the 3 representatives included in the base fee)

Electrical Outlet at your Booth (subject to availability) - $50

The last day to register is January 20, 2012.

Payment Options

We can only accept checks or cash for payment. You will be invoiced after we receive your registration form.

Payment is due on or before the day of the Viterbi Engineering Career Expo, February 1, 2012; late checks will result in an additional $100 processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before close of business day on January 20th, 2012. Any cancellations after that date will be billed for the full registration fee.

EVENT DETAILS

EVENT DATE: Wednesday, February 1, 2012

TIME: 10:30am - 3:00pm

CHECK-IN/BREAKFAST: 9:00am

You are encouraged to arrive at USC by 9:00am. This will give you plenty of time to park, catch a USC tram, set up your booth, and visit the continental breakfast hosted by the Center for Engineering Diversity.

LOCATION: The event will take place in the Engineering Quad, located behind Olin Hall (OHE). Please note that the event is held outdoors.

PARKING:

Engineering Career Expo parking will be off campus in a satellite parking lot. We encourage you to send your supplies to us ahead of time and carpool if possible.

Parking for the Career Expo is reserved for you at the Parking Center, located east of campus just off the 110 freeway. When you arrive, provide your company name to the attendant; you will be given a parking pass. You will then take a USC tram from the ground floor of the Parking Center to the tram stop near the Expo; located at McClintock Avenue and Child’s Way <or> near the corner of Downey Way and Watt Way.

MATERIALS DROP-OFF: If you are bringing a large display and supplies with you, we encourage you to drop them off BEFORE you park at the Parking Center. Please see the attached directions to the drop-off location, which is between Olin Hall and Parking Structure A on McClintock Avenue. Staff will be waiting there to take your supplies to your table. If you do not have materials to drop-off, please drive directly to the Parking Center.

LUNCH MENU: Box lunches will be provided. You will have a choice of various sandwiches including: turkey, roast beef, and vegetarian. Chips, fruit, cookie, and beverage are included with each lunch.
