On-Campus Interviews
On-Campus Interviews allow you to efficiently conduct screening interviews here at USC. We will work with you to set a date for your interviews, then post the job description along with the specific requirements (for degree, major, graduation date & work authorization) that you provide. We will collect resumes on your behalf, and send them to you via e-mail 2 weeks before your interview date. You pre-select your top candidates and we work with the students to set up the day’s interview schedule. This program is free to employers and students.
Resume Drop
If you would like us to collect resumes for you, please call us at 213-740-9677 to set up a Resume Drop. This service allows you to post a job description that will be accessible to students meeting specific major, degree, and work authorization requirements. The resumes will be collected via our on-line system and will be e-mailed to you after a pre-set resume deadline. You have the option to interview as many of the candidates as you wish.
