Cooperative Education (Co-op)
The Co-op Program is USC’s Engineering work-academic partnership program. This program allows undergraduate students to receive academic credit and maintain student status while working at degree-related experiences.
Co-op students will typically work at a company for a summer and a semester (6 – 7 months), followed by an additional summer experience. This program will allow you to benefit from longer associations with students, leading the students to take on greater responsibility and more advanced roles at your company. Co-op allows you to get to know our students over a longer period of time, which leads to more informed hiring decisions.
