Traci Thomas Navarro
Director
Traci Thomas-Navarro has been at USC since 1998. After 6 years in the USC Admission Office, she served as Undergraduate Advisor in Biomedical Engineering before joining the Viterbi Admission and Student Affairs Division as Director of the Center for Engineering Diversity. Traci works closely with colleagues within the Viterbi Admission and Student Affairs division, industry, and alumni to provide a supportive environment that prepares underrepresented students academically, professionally, and personally for success as professional and academic engineers.

Kevin Henry
Assistant Director
Kevin Henry, a graduate of UCSB, joined the Viterbi Admission and Student Affairs Division in October of 2007 having spent over two years at UCSB in the housing department and three years in USC’s Central Office of Admission. In his short time here in Viterbi, Kevin has worked at fostering relationships with the current undergraduate and graduate engineering students here at USC in order to enhance the overall community within CED.

Maggie Achoy
Office Manager
Maggie Achoy has worked for MESA, CED and Mission Science under the Student Affairs umbrella for 23 years. She is currently a full-time MESA staff member with continued responsibilities with the Center for Engineering Diversity. As the Office Manager, Magdalena performs administrative tasks, prepares internal finances and supervises student staff for the joint programs.
