Congratulations! As graduating seniors you are almost done with your Viterbi Undergraduate Degree! We hope that you will find the following information useful as you complete your final academic requirements and prepare to participate in Commencement. To assist us with helping to make this a special day for all Viterbi degree candidates and guests, please verify your intent to participate by registering for the Undergraduate Ceremony.

Please view the following timeline and take the appropriate steps as indicated below. In addition to the timeline listed below, please refer back periodically as we update information with specific dates and last minute details. You will also receive email updates and reminders via the Viterbi Undergraduate Update.

Graduation Timeline

Review your STARS report
Confirm/Update your Expected Degree Date
Review the University Commencement Timeline and Instuctions - Additional Hard Copies are available in your department and in RTH 110
Attend the Grad Fair - Outside USC Bookstore (February 19-21)
Order graduation announcements and class rings

March

Register for the Viterbi Ceremony
Review your name and information as it will appear in the Commencement Program (March 10-13)

The Proof of the Commencement Program will be available for viewing by Undergraduate Degree Candidates in RTH 110.

April

Rent your academic regalia (cap & gown)

May

Main Commencement Ceremony
