WELCOME CLASS OF 2011!

We know how daunting your first year at college can be, especially for engineers!! The First Year Excellence (FYE) Program is designed to help you transition to college.  FYE provides support and resources as you acclimate to college life, USC, and Viterbi. We encourage all first year engineering students to explore, connect and succeed!

There are many programs that will provide you different insight and perspective about the world of engineering, from academic disciplines to industry, as well as information about your new campus and neighborhood!

Find a way to get involved outside of the classroom! Whether it is a student organization, a research project or the informal relationships you build with faculty and staff, connecting with the Viterbi and community will enhance and contribute to your overall college experience!

As you go through your first year at Viterbi, there is a network that exists to support you and help you succeed! There are academic advisors dedicated to YOU, the Viterbi freshmen, as well as tutoring, workshops and many other resources!
