The 2008 Fall Retreat is open to all students who are currently participating in the W.V.T. Rusch Engineering Honors Program.   Please note that spaces are limited for this retreat, and the deposit and reservation guidelines detailed below will be strictly followed.

  

To sign up, you must complete these two steps in the following order:
 

Step 1:  Fill in the Online Reservation Form  indicating your interest in the retreat

Completing the online reservation form will tentatively reserve a space for you on the retreat (or on the wait list if the retreat is full already).   Your reservation will be confirmed only when you complete Step 2 (below), which must be done by August 8th. 

 

Step 2:  Review the trip details.  Complete and return the following items: Personal Information Form  Registration Form Equipment Check List and completed Earth Skills Liability Waiver Form USC Liability Release Form $75 deposit check

Your registration for the retreat will be officially confirmed when all of the items detailed in Step 2 (above) have been received by Viterbi Admission and Student Affairs.  Your deposit check will be returned to you only if you attend the retreat. 

Please note: you must complete BOTH steps to sign up for the retreat.  Students who only complete Step 2 and do not fill in the Online Reservation Form are not guaranteed a space for the retreat. 

Cancellation and Wait List Policies
Cancelling your space for the retreat at any point, for any reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, so please be sure you will be able to commit to the retreat if you sign up.  

If the spaces for the retreat are full when you submit your online reservation form, you will be placed on the wait list.  You must still submit all of the items listed in Step 2 (above) by August 8th to remain on the wait list.  Typically, several of the students on the wait list are able to attend the retreat, but this is not guaranteed.  If you are placed on the wait list, please be prepared to attend the retreat if a space opens up for you.  If you are offered a space and choose to not attend, you will forfeit your deposit.  If you are not offered a space on the retreat, your deposit will be returned to you.
