Hometown: Bend, OR
High School: Summit High School
What made you decide to attend USC: I choose USC because there is tons to do in LA, I loved the campus, and I had an awesome time at Explore USC.
Best experience/interaction with a professor: Last year I began doing research with Dr. Dylan Shell in the Robotics Interaction Lab, which was an amazing experience. He left to teach at Texas A & M this year, but the cool part is that I’m still doing research with him!
Favorite Class: Ballroom Dancing, by far.
Involvements/extracurricular activities: USC Competition Robotics Society, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity
Favorite on-campus event: The free concerts are always awesome! I particularly enjoyed hellgoodbye.
Best off-campus experience: Whenever I leave campus, which isn’t all that often, I’m usually going to the beach. Weekend trips to Santa Monica are always fun.
Favorite memory from freshman year: Being at the SC vs. Oregon basketball game. It was such a good game!
What you like about being in LA: There is always something to do.
Research/study abroad experience: I do robotics research on campus, and have never studied abroad.
Hobbies/interests: I enjoy hunting, fishing, running, basketball, and video games.
