Information on projects that will be available for the Summer Research Internship Program 2010 is coming soon!
The USC Viterbi School of Engineering (VSoE) is pleased to announce several world-class internship opportunities during Summer 2010. All programs are for outstanding undergraduate engineering students who will begin their senior year in Fall 2010. Students will work with Viterbi faculty on projects of current interest. Below you will find a breakdown of this summer's programs. Choose the program that is most appropriate to you.

The Alumni of the 2009 VSOE Summer Internship Program.

20 students
For outstanding undergraduate engineering students who will begin their senior year in Fall 2010. Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
USC & Non-USC students welcome.
June 13th – Aug. 8, 2010 (dates approximate)
Compensation: $5,500 stipend for living expenses (entire program)
Online Application will be available early January!
Participants will present their research project results at a closing luncheon hosted August 5, 2010 (date approximate).

8-week research program
For outstanding undergraduate engineering students from IIT- Kharagpur.
Period: May 18th - July 17, 2010 (dates approximate)
Compensation: $3,000 total stipend for living expenses. Does not include airfare
Participants will present their research project results at a closing luncheon hosted July 15, 2010 (date approximate).

For outstanding undergraduate engineering students from THU who will begin their senior year in Fall 2010.
June 27th – Aug. 10, 2010 (dates approximate)
Compensation: $2,500 stipend for living expenses (entire program), Airfare up to $1,500, DS2019 Fees
Participants will present their research project results at a closing luncheon hosted August 6, 2010 (date approximate).

REU - Featured Project

The NSF Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program supports active research participation by undergraduate students in various areas of research.
For outstanding undergraduate students enroled in a program in Computer Science or related fields (e.g. Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics). Must be US citizen or permanent resident.
10 weeks during the summer months of 2008-2010. Students will be housed on the USC campus.
