    “Process Technology Development at Intel”
    Speaker: Dr. Jeanne Luce is a Senior Technical Contributor in Logic Technology Development at Intel Corporation. She received her PhD in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, and has been with Intel’s Logic Technology Development (LTD) group since 1999. Jeanne leads the LTD technical development in dielectric gapfill. Jeanne and her colleagues are currently focused on transistor technology development for Intel's 22 and 14 nm CMOS logic nodes. Dr. Luce’s presentation will discuss the process technology development cycle in LTD, specific challenges going forward, and job opportunities at Intel, and use selected cases from Intel’s 32 and 22 nm technology nodes by way of example.
