    Prospective students interested in pursuing a doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in the field of Biomedical Engineering are invited to visit the USC Viterbi School and attend Biomedical Engineering Doctoral Preview Day.
    Attendees will:

    -meet with Viterbi faculty, staff and current students
    -tour USC Campus in Los Angeles, California
    -learn more about the research areas in Biomedical Engineering
    -Attend segments of the Grodins Research Symposium
    -receive an application fee waiver

    Advance registration is required. RSVP

    All are invited to attend the 4th Annual Viterbi Best Dissertation Symposium. 3-4 Ph.D. graduates will present their research for a chance to win the William F. Ballhaus, Jr. Prize for Excellence in Graduate Engineering Research, which includes a $10,000 award!

    The award winner will be recognized at the Viterbi Ph.D. Hooding and Awards Ceremony on May 10, 2018.

  • Annual Viterbi Robotics Invitational

    Elementary, middle and high school students will showcase their STEM skills by designing, building and programming robots to address issues facing society.

    The competition this year, Producing Healthy and Safe Environment Robot (PHASER), focuses on the use of robots to assist people who find themselves homeless.
