University Calendar
Biomedical Engineering Society annually conducts a three day scientific and leadership-promotion meeting with poster presentations, industry and institutional exhibits, career services, leadership workshops, and special symposia for student chapter development. This year's conference will be held in Seattle, Washington. The attendees of these chapter development sessions will also learn key communication skills so that they can convey their experiences back to ASBME. The conference culminates in a Career Fair.

Professional Development Night

Come out to SWE's Professional Development Night, co-sponsored by SHPE and WIC. The event will include workshops lead by University Representatives from top companies with useful tips on resume building, doing well on interviews and impressing recruiters. Additionally, it's a great opportunity for networking with recruiters.
We will be stamping attendance for the workshops and mock interviews. Those who stay for the entire event will be entered to win one of the many raffle prizes during dinner!

Mock Interviews
Mock Interviews will be held throughout the event by representatives from Qualcomm, SAIC, and Disney. Four mock interviews at a time in 15 minute time slots - spots are limited.

As we embark on our chapter's biggest undertaking yet, we will begin designing our new schoolhouses. If you are worried about the skills you can contribute, don't be! EWB will be hosting workshops throughout the semester, held by our own professional mentors. Most importantly, we are in this together and will help each other along the way. Our projects are just starting up, so this is the BEST time to get involved!
