This half day program is designed for prospective freshmen and family members. Meet USC includes an information session on the University and the Admission process; a student led walking tour of campus and a meeting with us in the Viterbi School. Meet USC is designed to answer all of your questions about USC, the application process and financial aid.Reservations are required for Meet USC. This program occurs twice, once at 9:00 a.m. and again at 1:00 p.m. Please visit http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/visit/events/meet_usc/ to check availability and make an appointment. Be sure to list an Engineering major as your "intended major" on the webform!

Want to make a difference in the life of a future female engineer? If so, WIE invite you to take part in the 2nd annual WIE Connect! WIE Connect is a unique program which offers high school girls a chance to learn more about the field of engineering. On February 29th, current female Viterbi engineering students will lead a group of high school students from the Westridge School of Pasadena in workshops and activities such as Engineering 101 and the Amazing Race. The event will also feature a lunch with female faculty and staff who work at the Viterbi School of Engineering. If you are interested in participating as a student leader, please attend our WIE Connect Info Session on Wednesday, February 6th from 12pm 1pm in RTH 211. Food will be provided. If you are unable to attend the Info Session, but wish to participate as a student leader, email the Women in Engineering Office at viterbi.wie@usc.edu

Information Systems Association Industry NightThe Information Systems Association is sponsoring Industry Night on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 from 6:30-9:00 PM at the Radisson Hotel across the street from Parking Structure X (PSX). This event is free for all graduate and undergraduat students. ISA membership is encouraged by not required. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with professionals from the IT field. Refreshments will be provided.Many of the firms will be recruiting juniors for internship positions this semester. The firms that will be represented that night include Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capital Group, Cap Gemini, Protiviti, and Hitachi Consulting. Please wear business formal attire (men: suit/tie, women: pant/skirt suit with jacket) and remember to bring copies of your resumes. This will be the last night to turn in ISA membership applications if you wish to apply for director positions. The positions that are available include Director of Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, and Operations. Please refer to the ISA website for descriptions of these positions (www.uscisa.net).
