BD is a global medical technology company that is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. The BD Engineering Development Program (EDP) is designed to give new engineering graduates (BS or MS earned in or between May 2020 -- May 2021) an opportunity to spend the first three years of their career rotating through three different BD businesses throughout the US. EDPs work side by side with R&D engineers on cross functional teams to design, develop, and manufacture a wide range of medical devices, expanding their BD network with each successive rotation. Following the completion of the program, EDPs transition into a permanent position in one of the BD R&D groups based on their interests and business needs.
