SWE's Fall Badge Day

Get ready for SWE's largest community event; our annual Fall Badge Day! Held on Saturday, November 15th, from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM, young girls will swarm VKC to explore different engineering major-themed topics. Volunteers will meet in VKC Courtyard for sign-in.

There are two volunteer shifts:
9:15 AM - 12:30 PM (breakfast included)
12:30 PM - 3:30 PM (lunch included)

For the morning shift, the workshops will be Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Computer Science based activities. In the afternoon, they will be Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering themed activities. We do encourage volunteers to step outside their comfort zone and sign up for activities based outside their major.

There will be a volunteer teach-in on the Friday prior to Fall Badge Day, on November 14th, at 4 PM. Volunteers will get the chance to look over materials/instructions and go through the day to get any questions they have answered before the day of the event.
