Viterbi One Stop Session for New International Fellows

In order to set up fellowships for new international Ph.D. students, the Viterbi Graduate and Professional Programs (GAPP) Office is holding two walk-in sessions to complete GLACIER paperwork and answer any questions about fellowships.

The sessions will take place on Monday, August 10, 2015 and Tuesday August 11, 2015 between 2:00-4:00pm in GERO 309.

New international Ph.D. fellows are advised to obtain their I-94 electronically via https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/consent.html and to bring the following to the August 10-11 session:
-Passport/Visa
-I-20
-I-94

The August 10-11 sessions are for new international fellowship students only. New Research and Teaching Assistants must visit their academic department to complete their paperwork.
