BME Beach Bonfire

Dear BME professors and students,Congratulations, BMEs class of 2005!
Good luck, all screening exam takers!Thank you all for joining the BME luncheon yesterday. I hope you all
had a great time. Thanks a million to some of you who kindly helped
out with the event!As the semester ends and the weather gets bright and sunny, we are
going to celebrate our last event of the spring semester:
"BME Beach Bonfire" on Dockweiler beach this Sunday, May 15, 2005 from
3 pm - till dusk.You all are cordially invited. Please bring your family and friends
and come and enjoy BBQ, the ocean breeze, bonfire and s'mores. Also
this may be a good study break if you are studying for screening.
I'm sorry for a short notice on this event since I couldn't set up the
date earlier due to weather conditions. Since this is away from school
and I would need to coordinate rides for everyone, I would like
everyone to RSVP to me by SATURDAY MORNING (5/14) indicating1) if you can drive or not
2) the number of people you could take in your car (including you)
3) the number of guests attending inlcuding you
4) vegetarian or carnivores and
5) your phone number.You will get a ride list from me by Sat night. Please let me know if
you could help with anything too. Oh, before I forget, please bring
swim suits, beach balls and whatever you'd like to play with on the
beach. And please don't forget your jackets and sweaters.See you all there.Thanks,
