How does a video or piece of music become popular? What does it even mean to be popular? How are artists rewarded for their work? What changes are being forced on the traditional model by technological developments? Who will be the big winners and losers of the new Media ecosystem? How has Microsoft moved to address these challenges? What opportunities exist for young technologists today?
