If you are interested in attending to hear Prof. Redekopp speak, you must leave a $15 check deposit made out to "Tau Beta Pi" at RTH 110 - this deposit will be returned to you at the event. Attending this event will earn you a point towards your active membership!About Professor Redekopp: Dr. Redekopp has been a member of the Viterbi faculty for more than 36 years, after joining the Department of Aerospace Engineering in 1970. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University, and a Master of Science and Doctor of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Redekopp's research interests include: theoretical fluid mechanics, nonlinear waves and stability, and geophysical fluid dynamics. He is also a three-time award winner for excellence in teaching at the University of Southern California.
