Abstract: Rail System Safety course was developed by the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, Office of Master’s and Professional Programs (MAPP) in collaboration with Metrolink. The program includes such areas as Human Factors, safety management systems, risk Identification and a number of topics relevant to establishing an improved safety culture. The program will be an industry first and will pioneer efforts to standardize system safety leadership principles
