Come to ACM's 24-hour virtual hackathon, TrojanHacks! TrojanHacks welcomes USC students of all experience levels, including beginners!
A hackathon is a chance to meet other hackers and create a project to compete for prizes. You will also get to learn during workshops, so if you don't know what project you want to make, that's okay!

Applied Analytics Guest Lecture Series with Charles Chien.
Charles Chien - Chief Revenue Officer at Siepe, is responsible for Siepe's go-to-market strategy and overseas the sales and product teams on the software side of the business. Charles had prior experience as Managing Director, Business Technology for 16 years at Canyon Partners, a $23B multi-strategy hedge fund, and was a software engineer at Advent Software (now SS&C) before that.
Charles's extensive capital markets technology background and experience in driving operational excellence and implementing strategic roadmaps will be a great learning opportunity for participants in his talk on the role of Quants and using data and models for stock trading.
