Biography
Bart Skarzynski has degrees from Yale, Johns Hopkins, and The Ohio State University, and for the last thirteen years he has been teaching engineers at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. Past and present, his subjects include composition, technical communication, technical presentations, professional writing, and engineering ethics, the last of which he has discussed at conferences and taught in Professional Engineering certification workshops.
He's a recent transplant to LA and a part-time lecturer in Viterbi's Engineering Writing Program. Before moving to Southern California, he taught in the College of Engineering at UW-Madison and at The Ohio State University.
