Nine years as Consumer Representative and Chairman of Colorado's insurance plan for uninsured, high-risk individuals. Former Enforcement Director for Consumer Affairs section of the Colorado Division of Insurance; served as legislative affairs director for the CO Commission on Family Medicine. Board member of California Regional Health Information Organization (CalRHIO) and of the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA), which focuses on pay-for-performance measures for provider groups.
