    RSVP here: https://pmfinfosession08-31-2022.eventbrite.com/ During the months of August/September 2022, the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program will be hosting a series of informational webinars for potential applicants about the upcoming PMF Class of 2023 Application. This application year will run from September 13 to September 27 opening and closing at noon eastern time.This session is open to all academic disciplines, and will have a specific focus on cybersecurity and related fields. This session will also feature PMFs with backgrounds in these fields who will share about their experiences in the PMF Program and offer tips for applicants. The informational webinars will provide a general overview of the PMF Program, details about the 2023 application cycle, and, if time permits, allow for any questions. The webinars will also feature current PMFs and PMF Alumni who will share about their experiences in the program and offer tips for applicants. Please note that several of the webinars have a specific focus related to strategic recruitment goals, but all will cover the basics of the program and are open to all majors. Please register in advance using the links above and you will receive a confirmation email prior to the session with details for accessing the Microsoft Teams meeting.     During our info session we will have 2-3 of our Project Engineers and Operations that will speak on behalf of their experience of being an Alumni of USC and also their experience with MATT Construction. Get the opportunity to speak to USC Alumni, current engineers, learn about opportunities in the company such as full time employment and summer internships. We will be serving food!!!

    Program Introduction

    The China Sourcing Initiative (CSI) was launched in 2007 and is designed for overseas students in the United States and Canada who aspire to join us for full-time Associate positions in Mainland China or Hong Kong.

    For our 2022 - 2023 recruitment process, CSI recruiters will meet applicants in-person or virtually across North America to introduce our program as well as our China/Hong Kong career opportunities. The entire interview process will be hosted virtually so that students can be supported without the need to travel.

    Who are we looking for?

    We have many positions available across the line of services in assurance, tax, advisory and one firm services, at our various office locations throughout China and Hong Kong. Positions are for full time Associate roles with a start date in Fall of 2023.

    Both Bachelor and Master students who graduate from universities in the United States or Canada between August 2021 and August 2023 are encouraged to apply. Please kindly note that in order to be considered, you have to be eligible to work in Mainland China without a working visa. PwC will provide Hong Kong working visa sponsorship for selected associates.

    We welcome STEM major students who are interested in getting professional training and professional service experiences in China and Hong Kong to join our program.
